Jenai was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and thinks there is no better place on earth. Jenai believes therapy is a deeply personal journey, and she is committed to helping people discover their authentic selves and live their best lives. 

Jenai obtained a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology and then received her Master’s of Science in Psychology at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Since then, Jenai has spent the past 17 years as a counselor and social worker for a Native American tribe and Family Protective Services. Jenai can offer brief solution-focused therapy if you only have a couple of short-term goals you wish to accomplish, or she can help you take a deep dive into your history, attachments, and trauma using attachment and Jungian therapies. Jenai practices telehealth only. 

Jenai is part of the local LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community. In her free time, Jenai and her daughter play games, listen to music, and do art projects together. Jenai also loves spending time in green spaces and journaling.
